I love my "job" - but is it really work when it's so much fun?
One of the hidden perks in photography is all the amazing locations we get go to photograph and Baytown Warf in Destin is one of my favorites for Senior portraits.
Diana is from Indiana, and she was hesitant to model at first as she didn't "have anything to wear", but after a quick look through my "grab bag" we found some #grunge outfits we could throw together on a whim. We grabbed the 200mm F1.8 prime lens and headed out to Baytown Warf. After the first image - she was hooked, Diana is a natural behind the camera. Here's some favs we captured that day.

Baytown Warf at Sandestion Gulf and Beach resort in Destin Florida is one of my favorite locations for Senior Portraits. This location offers a fun and friendly New Orleans #courtyard living setting to your images. There are several fashion you can wear while doing your senior portraits in Destin at Baytown and a quick and easy look is the grunge look.
Baggy clothing, torn and ripped and messy clothes are the characteristics of this style. Grunge fashion typically includes flannel (or 'dad') shirts, ripped denim, metallic jackets, crop tops, combat boots, slouchy sweaters, and beanies. This style has something for everyone so adopt this style in your attire and make an impact with your style statement.
Notice the Yellow shoelace for a belt... creativity for the win on this grunge inspired look. Cream color "dad shirt" with a loose fit and tight knot paired with ripped "mom jeans" and a black tank. For Diana's second look on the beac, we simply threw on a ripped, oversized sweater and black skinny jeans and finished the style with pearls to give it my personal touch of elegance!
