30A BEACH PORTRAITS PRICING
STEP 1:
$250 Beach Permit/Session Fee due to book
Choose your 30A Beach session date and time (sunrise or sunset) and pay the $250 non-refundable fee (permit is for up to *8 people and is non-refundable, however it is valid for up to one year). Note; Walton county requires photographers to have a beach permit for professional portraits on the beach
Step 2:
$500 Mini Session + Digital Gallery Image Downloads
Includes 20 minute photo session plus (50) edited gallery images plus (3) fully retouched Images with print release. Includes (1) outfit on the shores of 30A at Golden Hour. Plus access to our flowy dress style closet - we have fabulous dresses for the beach!

30A Photographer Extended Family Photo Session or Large Group (20 or more)
For large groups comprising of 20 or more individuals, anticipate investing approximately $1750-$2000 for an extended photo session.
What's included in this package?
For groups exceeding 20 members, I propose the Deluxe Session, up to 60-minutes on the BEACH scheduled during the enchanting golden hour, where I will skillfully capture all the cherished moments akin to a photography virtuoso.
Commencing with a group photo to ensure efficiency and expedience before daylight wanes, the focus then shifts to the grandchildren for their special moments, followed by exclusive grandchild-only captures. Subsequently, individual families are photographed, commencing with the younger members. Once family portraits are completed, it's time for couple shots, allowing parents a chance to embrace for some beach-themed photos, with additional support available for managing the little ones.
Subsequently, when choosing the Deluxe session, this extra time allows for more candid shots, including playful activities like running, jumping, splashing, and playing in the sand - enabling children to revel in their youthful exuberance while creating enduring memories of joy. As the sun sets, capturing heartfelt family connections and intimate moments shared amidst the picturesque backdrop, we immortalize these precious instances for your keepsake.
For families with fewer than 10 members, a 30 minute, Simple session is recommended.
Note: For families with over 25, please call us as special Beach permit may be required for Walton County Beaches.
10-15 People Family Photo Session Rates for 30A Photographer
For a group size ranging from 10 to 15 individuals, it is advisable to allocate a budget between $1000 and $1500.
Regarding the photography session, I recommend a 20 or 30-minute photo shoot to capture cherished moments during the enchanting golden hour.
For groups exceeding 5 members, the session will commence with a group photograph to maintain a brisk pace and synchronize with the sunlight's progression. Subsequently, the focus will shift to capturing memorable shots with the grandchildren, followed by exclusive shots of the grandchildren. The session will then transition to individual family photographs, starting with the younger members of each family.
For smaller groups seeking additional poses or an wardrobe change, opting for a 30-minute session over a 20-minute one is advisable. This extended duration allows for outfit changes and accommodates individuals, particularly those with young children who may require additional time to acclimate to unfamiliar surroundings.
5-10 People Family Photo Session Rates for 30A Photographer
For groups with 5-10 members, three options are available. Our Essential sessions cater to groups seeking the convenience of their residence or vacation home plus lots of poses and groupings.
We offer on-location services for a Golden hour photo session. The investment for this option begins at $1000. Alternatively, a 10-minute quick take session at Santa Clara Beach Access #17 (near Seaside) is available for up to 5 individuals at a total cost of $500, which includes the download of all images from the session.
Included in the session are group photographs to optimize time management and align with the natural lighting conditions. Following this, the focus shifts to capturing special moments with grandchildren, succeeded by individual shots of each grandchild. The session progresses to individual family portraits, starting with the younger family members.
The session continues with candid shots to capture genuine interactions and emotions among family members. We encourage natural posing and expressions to reflect the unique personalities within the family. The atmosphere is kept light and relaxed to ensure everyone feels comfortable and at ease in front of the camera.
Immediate Family, Couples, High School Senior Portraits on 30A
For individuals, couples and groups under 5 people, two options are available. Our Mini sessions cater to groups seeking the convenience of their residence or vacation home.
We offer on-location services for a Golden hour photo session. The investment for this option begins at a minimum of $750.
